Chicken:
500 gr of chicken breast
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
Salt to taste
Noodles:
500 gr of spaghetti
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
1 teaspoon of ginger paste
2 onions cut into wedges
4 tomatoes
2 yellow peppers, chopped into thin strips
3 to 4 tablespoons of red or white vinegar
6 tablespoons of soy sauce (to taste)
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce (optional)
1/4 cup of chicken stock
1 bundle of spring onion (use both white and green part)
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
3 drops of sesame oil (optional)
