Hello! I am Cecilia, Peruvian Chef, YouTuber and proud mother of two beautiful children!
My passion for Peruvian cuisine has its roots in my childhood, growing up in the heart of Lima, Peru. From a young age, I was captivated by the rich tapestry of flavours and culinary traditions that permeated the vibrant streets of my hometown. The bright colours, irresistible aromas, and incredible flavours I witnessed as a child played an important role in forming my culinary curiosity.
I fondly remember helping my mother spend many hours in the kitchen preparing traditional dishes such as Arroz con Pollo, Carapulcra, Ají de Gallina or Pachamanca, instilling in me a deep appreciation for Peruvian food.
