How to make Peruvian Chicken and Vegetable Soup

3 litres of water
6 stems of Chinese spring onion (white part)
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
1 leek
2 Carrots
1/2 cup of chopped green beans
200 gr of Pumpkin
2 Potatoes
4 celery stalks
1 piece of ginger
